When I was working as a Purchase Decision Journey strategist, I recognised the power of different factors that influence our behaviour both directly and subconsciously, leading us through and to a final decision should it be a purchase or just an experience.
And while I was able to track and influence the part of the behaviour we are calling System 2, the System 1, the unconscious way of thinking, was out of the reach. But these two things are tied together and understanding only one does not necessarily lead to a success.
Therefore, I have developed my thinking in order to connect these two traits of the decision making process and now finally got a chance to apply my experience, knowledge and skill in one of largest digital transformation projects in the world here at Emaar.
